Personal notes/observations:
I finally picked this up after the November 5, 2004 show at Monroe
County Community College. It was the only one that I didn't have.
Because I got this one last, Jimmy's voice and style are already
very familiar to me. However, I did wonder if this earlier work
would differ from the others and might end up just being something
that sat on the shelf as part of my collection. I'm glad to say
that it won't. Actually, I think that this one's my favorite. What's
wrong with it? Too short. Then again, that's what the others are
for.
If forced to put this into a category, I'd say light to medium
pop/rock. Most importantly, it's real music. Isn't that enough?
It also sounds like he had a great time making it. You'll have a
great time listening to it.
