Summer has all but come to a close, and it's been a great season. We've enjoyed seeing each of you at the outdoor festivals as well as the indoor shows, and are looking forward to a beautiful Autumn. Thanks for braving the heat and coming out to join in the fun and experience the magic of the new line-up. Last month began with two shows at Bass Hall in Ft. Worth, TX. The house was packed on both nights, and the energy was amazing! Thanks to everybody who made these performances a glowing success. August 23rd marked the 40th anniversary of the Beatles last concert at Shea Stadium, and we were honored to play there that evening during the Mets vs. Cardinals game. Approximately 51,000 people attended. New York fans will have the opportunity to catch us again at Carnegie Hall on January 27, 2007. Tickets are on sale now and can be obtained by phone at 212-247-7800 or online at www.carnegiehall.org. The crowd at Red Rocks on August 26 was the largest we've ever had there, at about 10,000 people. This very fun and successful performance was a great way to close out the month. Thanks to the folks at Red Rocks as well as the to the fans who came to support us. After such a busy month, things are slowing down just a bit for September.
