June, 2006 *Please note that this did refer to some past events as still coming up. This was written in advance.* Hi, Everybody! Here we are, almost to the Memorial Day weekend: The official start of summer across the country. Pray for the soldiers, past and present, as they are the defenders of freedom around the world. On May 28th, we will be playing at the Abbey Road on the River Festival in Louisville, KY. It's a 7:00 PM start time. We're looking forward to working with Stockwood from Illinois. They ROCK, and they start at around 6:00 PM or so. May 29th, we're in Roanoke, VA at their Festival in the Park. It's a huge crowd and we've played for them 12 or more years in a row, now. Many rehearsals later, the group is really rocking with Tom and Terry, Mark and I. We're excited to get the show out there and start feeling the live audiences. You are a major part of the MAGIC of each night and that's what we really dig. Thanks a lot for your support and we'll see you out there somewhere this summer. Watch the website calendar for dates near to you. The Bass Performance Hall performances in August will be the next shows where we use the string section and real horns. It's two nights in Ft. Worth, Texas and it's on sale now. August 4th and 5th are the dates. These always sell out, so please get your tickets early.
